1. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. If for any reason we are unable to deliver to a specific address or region, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative arrangement for that order.

Orders are processed within 10-15 business days of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time may be longer during sale periods, restocks, or for made-to-order/customized items, in which case we will indicate the expected timeline on the product page or at checkout.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days; we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated and charged to the customer at checkout based on the delivery destination, order weight/size, and shipping method selected. The exact shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase, and Lin'Atelier does not offer free shipping unless explicitly stated through a limited-time promotion.

- International: 10-15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services.
These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by customs, courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Lin'Atelier.
5. Order Tracking
